Snow Day Special

Ever have one of those snow days where you don't know what to do? here is an easy stromboli recipe that will take some of the boredom out of your snow day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust
  • slices of pepperoni, ham and salami from local deli 
  • 1 tube of sausage
  • green and red peppers 
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Marinara sauce
Directions: Start by frying the sausage in pan until fully cooked and cut up peppers. Preheat oven to 400*F and pull out non-stick pan. Roll out dough onto pan and spread marinara sauce around half of the dough. Now is where you get to experiment, put as much pepperoni, ham, salami, pepper, and cheese on the half where you put the marinara sauce and fold the dough over to cover the ingredients. pinch the sides of the dough to make sure it is closed all around. Right before I put it in I like to add a little more cheese on top of it. Cook for 15 minutes until crust is golden brown and then Devour.

This  recipe is like the previous grilled cheese one. You can do whatever you like to it, you can take out ingredients, you can add ingredients, however you want it to taste, personalize it and have it your way.
