Long Night Remedy

Tooooo Easy French Toast

Ever have one of those nights where you stayed out to long and had a little too much fun with the boys? Well I have an easy recipe to help you start off your day right!

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cups of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • butter or non-stick spray
  • bread (the thicker the better)
  • syrup (optional)
Directions: First, melt some butter (or use vegetable oil) over a large skillet on medium high heat. Next, Mix together the eggs, milk, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl (honestly I use a pie dish). Once the skillet is hot, place a slice of bread into the egg mixture, make sure it is completely soaked and then flip it over to soak the other side (using thinker bread is better because if you use thin store bought bread then it is more likely to be soggy, which will not help you feel better, thicker break will be more crisp). Place the bread in the skillet and cook until both sides are brown, once it is done, slap that baby on a plate, pour some syrup on it and Devour.
